Stock levels shown on this website are indicative. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered it, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

4. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity that takes place under it. Please tell us straight away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods available at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
